These terms apply when you use Christmas AI Photos. By uploading a photo or buying credits you agree to them. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
What the service is
An online tool that uses AI to turn photos you upload into Christmas-themed images. Every image it produces is AI-generated and may contain mistakes; it is not a photograph of a real event. You may use your results for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as sharing, printing and sending holiday cards.
Your content
Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use, of yourself, people who agreed to it, children you are the parent or guardian of, or your own pets and home. Do not upload photos of other people's children, celebrities or public figures, or images that are sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful, and do not use results to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone or to pass an AI image off as a real event. We may refuse or delete content and close accounts that break these rules. You keep the rights to your photos; you give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
Credits and payments
Credits are bought in one-time packs through Stripe; prices are shown before you pay and include no subscription. One standard photo uses 1 credit, an HD photo 3 credits and a video 8 credits. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Free credits from sign-up expire after 30 days. Refunds are described in our refund policy (/refunds).
No warranty
AI results vary and we cannot guarantee that every image looks exactly like the people or pets in your photo. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we operate, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
