Christmas AI Photos does not publish user photos or results, but if you believe content handled by our service infringes your copyright or uses your image without permission, tell us and we will act quickly.

Sending a notice

Email us with: your name and contact details; a description of the copyrighted work or the photo of you; where the content appears or how it was used; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We respond within 2 business days and remove infringing content we hold.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of what was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. We will forward it to the person who sent the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe other people's rights or upload photos of people without permission.
